We can’t believe how time has flown since Talitha took the Face Of Fitness title, it’s now almost time for 2020 Face Of Fitness entries to open!
What have you been up to since the competition?
So many things has changed, winning FOF reminded me what it feels like to have your
dreams come true and that anything is possible. I made a point of using the platform to
make a difference and remind other woman of their dreams and that if they put their mind
to it, anything is possible. Ive been training young kids and girls for dance competitions and
exam work and started my Move with me movement where I teach ladies how to have a
healthy, fit lifestyle.
What is your favourite memory from the competition?
I would say the BIG DAY where we got dolled up for our BIG photoshoot moment, wow,
that overwhelming feeling of ‘is this actually happening’, was amazing.
What was your biggest takeaway from entering the Face Of Fitness 2017?
THAT BEING ALL ME IS GOOD ENOUGH! What makes me stand out is me just being
me! The moment you realise that you look at everything so differently
What are qualities you want to see in the next FOF winner?
BE REAL someone that doesn’t follow the herd and doesn’t try to fit in, instead focus on
embracing your full potential.
How do you feel technology has changed the perception of fitness modelling in the past 2-3 years?
It has made it much easier to put yourself out there and for your voice to be heard.
What piece of advice would you give any lady wanting to enter into the 2020 Face of Fitness competition?
BE ORIGINAL, BE YOU!
