This warm, single-serve Baked Vanilla Berry Collagen Oats recipe is perfect for those mornings when you want something that feels like a treat but actually fuels your body.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (approx. 10g) Biogen Collagen With Peptan powder, unflavoured
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 tsp sliced almonds or hemp seeds

Hydrolyzed collagen contains smaller protein peptides that are easier for your body to absorb. It provides a clean source of protein without changing the texture of your bake. Because it’s highly soluble, it melts seamlessly into the oats, ensuring no chalky aftertaste. Regular intake is often linked to improved skin elasticity and joint health, making your breakfast work overtime for your glow.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or individual baking dish with a touch of coconut oil.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, collagen powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Stir until the collagen is completely dissolved and the oats are well-coated.
  3. Gently fold in half of the frozen berries.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared ramekin. Scatter the remaining berries and the optional sliced almonds over the top.
  5. Place in the oven for 20–25 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the edges are golden brown and the centre feels set but still slightly springy.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes (the oats will firm up slightly as they sit). Enjoy warm, perhaps with an extra splash of almond milk or a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
  • Serves: 1
  • Prep time: 5 mins
  • Bake time: 20-25 mins
