This Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bark recipe is a no-bake treat option that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1–2 boxes Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Dark chocolate, melted
- Dark chocolate chips
- Indulgent topping of choice (sugar-free)
Dark chocolate is a rich source of antioxidants, along with various minerals such as iron, magnesium, copper and manganese.
Method
- Line a tray with parchment paper. Arrange the sugar-free cookies in a single layer to form the base.
- Drizzle or pour the melted dark chocolate over the cookies, ensuring they are mostly covered.
- Sprinkle with crushed Christmas sweets and chocolate chips. Transfer to the freezer and let the bark set completely.
- Once firm, crack the bark into pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.
