This Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bark recipe is a no-bake treat option that comes together in minutes.

Perfect for sharing or keeping in the freezer for a sweet, simple snack, this bark is customisable, quick, and totally delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 boxes Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Dark chocolate, melted
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Indulgent topping of choice (sugar-free)

Dark chocolate is a rich source of antioxidants, along with various minerals such as iron, magnesium, copper and manganese.

Method

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. Arrange the sugar-free cookies in a single layer to form the base.
  2. Drizzle or pour the melted dark chocolate over the cookies, ensuring they are mostly covered.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed Christmas sweets and chocolate chips. Transfer to the freezer and let the bark set completely.
  4. Once firm, crack the bark into pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.
