Many years ago David Christopher interviewed Dave Hall on the Healthier Your Radio Show and they discussed the benefits of rebound exercise and quite specifically Cellercise® . A Cellerciser®  is a type of mini trampoline Dave Hall designed and Cellercise® is the exercise you get when you bounce on the
Cellerciser®.

Rebounding on this type of mini-trampoline is easy, effective, and fun. Just 10 minutes a day is all you need to get a full workout. You can work your arms, legs and entire body all at the same time and it helps you feel stronger, healthier and have more energy.

Different movements on the Cellerciser will massage the internal organs to help improve digestion. People notice increased circulation, it opens capillaries and helps oxygenate the tissues. What I learned from Dr. Christopher, was that rebounding is a wonderful exercise to improve the lymphatic system. When we improve the lymphatic system we are strengthening our immune system. It also
reduces cortisol levels, balances blood sugar levels and reduces stress.

The Cellerciser® is being used by many ophthalmologists to improve vision. This exercise tones the body from the inside out rather than the outside in. With each bounce every cell,  muscle and organ of the body is gently expanding and contracting over
100 times a minute without jarring or being torn down. It can be used by people of all ages at any fitness level. If you’re trying to improve your fitness with low impact exercise in only 10 minutes a day you may want to try Cellercising.

The thing that sets the Cellerciser® apart from other mini-trampolines is the
design. It has TriDaptable® tapered spring that adjusts to your own body weight to prevent foot pronation and to give just the right amount of resistance on the mat. It is constructed from super strong steel to last a lifetime. It also folds up so you can take it with you when you leave home.

I first learned about the
Cellerciser®  in about 2002 and have been using it regularly since. It is not my exclusive exercise but is definitely the most enjoyable because it is so gentle. I can work out hard or not so hard and feel great afterward. I use their MrRebounder® app for motivation and daily workouts.  I’ve found that it tones muscles and improves balance. My children always enjoyed bouncing after a stressful day. It improves our sleep and the grandkids are also enjoying it.

The results of Cellercising are 11 times faster than walking, 5 times faster than swimming, and 3 times faster than running.

As Dave Hall
says, “Why work out when you can Play In!®?”
