Ingredients
Biogen Skinny Collagen Hot Chocolate delivers 5g of collagen per serving, and has a delicious chocolatey taste with no added sugar.
Method
- Place the ripe avocado, coconut milk, sweetener, cacao powder and Biogen Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder in a high speed blender and blend until combined.
- Top the mousse with the Greek yoghurt, blueberries and a dust of cacao powder.
