The Seychelles Nature Trail, now in its second year, is an extraordinary adventure in the heart of the lush nature of the Seychelles archipelago. This immersive experience will take runners along a diverse route to discover the hidden treasures of the island of Mahé, offering a challenge for all levels. The trail covers 22km with an elevation gain of +1210m along the Morne Blanc Trail and adjacent routes within the Morne Seychellois National Park, the largest and most ecologically diverse protected area in the Seychelles. Designed to promote sports tourism, the event showcases Seychelles’ rich biodiversity while offering an exhilarating challenge for participants. The Seychelles Nature Trail aims to attract elite international and regional nature sports enthusiasts while also inspiring local athletes to embrace trail running and the adventure of Seychelles’ natural landscapes. This year, the event will have sustainability-focused features such as eco-friendly hydration stations, waste separation zones, and educational messages along the route.
