It’s been a long time since our last post, but I think this was worth the wait. We have a new trainer on the team, and in addition to being an awesome coach and athlete, Ethan is a real live vegan Registered Dietician! This means in addition to our existing fitness coaching and meal plans, you also now have access to nutrition coaching from a Registered Dietician who won’t immediately be pushing supplements and animal products (if you’ve ever met with an RD who isn’t vegan you know what I mean!).
