Ingredients

Instructions

1. Mix the Biogen Peptan Collagen Powder with the soda water and lime juice. Stir gently until the collagen is fully dissolved.
2. Prepare your glasses by dipping the rims in pink sugar. Place a fluffy cloud of cotton candy at the bottom of each glass. If you can’t find pink sugar, you can substitute it with white sugar, or make your own using ¼ cup of sugar and 10 drops of red food colouring. Add the food colouring to the sugar and mix until the colour is well combined. Allow it to sit overnight to dry out.
3. When you’re ready to serve, carefully pour the soda mixture over the cotton candy. The cotton candy will slowly dissolve, releasing its sweetness.
4. Give your potion a final stir, allowing the flavours to mingle.
