This Fruity Pre-Workout Power Up Smoothie recipe is the perfect way to supercharge your body before an intense workout.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional, for added fluffiness)
  • 1 scoop Biogen Creatine + Betaine Performance Blend
