This simple, smooth Skinny Chocolate Protein Pudding recipe is easy to prepare, perfect for a quick dessert that comes together with just a few pantry ingredients.

It’s a great make-ahead dessert that requires minimal effort while still delivering a rich chocolate flavour with less sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tsp Lifestyle Food Skinny Hot Chocolate
  • 1–2 tbsp corn starch
  • ½–¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Biogen Premium Iso-Whey Protein, Chocolate Brownie flavour

Biogen Iso Whey Premium Protein contains high levels of EAAs and BCAAs from a Tri Matrix Protein blend of whey protein hydrolysate, isolate and concentrate.

Method

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the skinny hot chocolate, corn starch, milk, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
  2. Place over medium heat and continue whisking until the mixture thickens into a smooth pudding.
  3. Pour into moulds or serving dishes and allow to cool slightly before transferring to the fridge.
  4. Chill until set, then serve cold.
