This Cookies & Cream Protein Bagels recipe combines the comfort of homemade baking with the indulgent flavour of cookies and cream.
They’re soft, satisfying, and packed with protein, making them ideal for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1–2 scoops Biogen Iso-Whey Premium Protein Powder, Cookies & Cream flavour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup self-raising flour, plus extra if needed
- ⅓ cup honey or coconut sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 300ml full-fat yoghurt or coconut cream
- Pinch of salt
- Oreo cookies, crushed
Biogen Iso Whey Premium Protein is a protein shake with high levels of EAAs and BCAAs. The Tri Matrix Protein blend whey protein hydrolysate, isolate, and concentrate makes it easily absorbed.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, self-rising flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the yoghurt and honey or coconut sugar, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and create a hole in the centre to form a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking tray and sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies.
- Bake for 25–28 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving
